In order to cancel your subscription, you will first need to log in to your account.

1. Login to your customer portal.
2. Click Subscriptions and Edit.
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the Cancel Subscription button. If required, provide a cancellation reason and confirm the cancellation by clicking Proceed.
4. You can also skip or edit your next delivery date, if you don’t want to lose out on your hair progress for good.
