How do I add/ change a product or set in my current subscription?Updated 2 years ago
Adding or changing the products in your recurring Grofully subscription is simple.
Step 1 - Access your customer portal
You can access your Grofully customer portal in two ways:
- Click the unique customer portal link sent to you via email or SMS.
or - Log into your customer account on the store's website here.
Step 2 - Add a product to your subscription
- Once logged in, select the Subscriptions tab, then click “Add a Product”.
- Shop and select the product you would like to add to your account.
- In the “add product” menu, you can make product and charge adjustments.
- When finished, click “Add a Product”.
